1. The Awakening by Grant Langley

inspirational books, inspirational books everyone should read, the awakening

The first book I recommend is the awakening by Grant Langley. If you are someone who loves both fantasy and inspirational reads this book is going to intrigue you a lot. When I started this book I was very intrigued by the setting of the book. It is set in a forest and it’s sort of away from civilization. It’s very interesting to read about the life of these people.

The central character is Djibouti, he has his own share of personal tragedy. There’s a wise old shaman who is one the secondary characters of this book but also very influential in this work and how Djibouti goes on these adventures and the things that he discovers about himself and the world that is what it’s worth reading.

2. Digital Minimalism by Cal Newport

This book is very inspirational because this actually changed the way I live my life on a regular basis. This book talks about how we are so dependent on our phones. If you reading Digital Minimalism, you will see how you can actually stop scrolling and live your life outside the phone. Digital minimalism talks about a lot of ways by which you can stop being so attached to your phone and go out and do stuff and live. I assure, this book is going to give you some extra time for yourself.

3. Ikigai by Albert Liebermann and Hector Garcia

The next inspirational book is called Ikigai- The Japanese secret to a long and happy life. If you don’t know what Ikigai is. It is basically a happy coexistence of four factors of your life and it is a section of your life where you will be the happiest and it is very difficult to find your Ikigai but it is important to find your Ikigai. Otherwise, you won’t be able to live happily.

I highly suggest getting this book and doing the activities that are there in this book and find your own Ikigai.

4. Persepolis book by Marjane Satrapi

This next is called Persepolis. This is a graphic novel and if I was stranded on an island for ten years. This is the book I’m going to carry with me. I love this book, this book is set in Iran and this girl Marjane Satrapi, she is a child of radical Marxists so, the environment and the thoughts that they have. They are very contradictory and the situation in which they grow up is extremely pathetic. When you read this book your blood is going to boil that is why I love this book.

There are some other graphic novels definitely by her and none of them read in children’s novels. They are very mature in their content. You should not read it, if you are under 13 but above them is a must-read book for everyone.

5. We should all be Feminists by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie

There is a TED talk as well on the same content as the book so you can check that out if you don’t want to read the book. The book is short and explains the concept and the requirement of feminism very beautifully. The problem is that there is so much negativity in the surrounding that it’s absolutely crazy and we really need to go back to the basics and develop our thoughts men and women together. This book is going to give some time to rethink about the Feminism.

While most salespeople would talk to the clients about the quality of the product or the attractiveness of the price.
